A highly contiguous, scaffold-level nuclear genome assembly for the fever tree (Cinchona pubescens Vahl) as a novel resource for Rubiaceae research.
Using hybrid genomic (live generated at the Nanopore Conference 2019) and RNA-seq data, we assembled and annotated the plastid and nuclear genome of the Andean fever tree (Cinchona pubescens).
